LaunchSource is an early stage startup based out of Boston that is fundamentally changing the way entry-level men and women jumpstart their careers in sales and in business. We team up with the coolest technology companies to help them build out their Business Development teams by finding them the top candidates in the market.

So what does that mean for you?

As a LaunchSource candidate, we work one on one with you to help prepare you for your career in tech sales. We are a team of people who have all been in your shoes not too long ago so we understand the sometimes overwhelming and confusing nature of the job search. Once you’ve been accepted into the LaunchSource program, you will get your own digital profile which is then used to get you in front of some of the top hiring managers in tech sales. This is beneficial to you because not only are you getting in front of dozens of awesome companies that you may not have found otherwise, but you are also backed by LaunchSource. The companies that work with us know that we screen and qualify each and every candidate that comes through our program. We like to say that by interviewing with a company through LaunchSource, you are getting a VIP, “skip the line” entrance to each company’s interview process.

We also have a team of exceptional coaches who understand what these hiring managers are looking for. At LaunchSource, we have relationships with each and every company we help to hire for, so we are able to help candidates understand the companies and prepare properly for their interviews. We offer coaching calls and prep emails before you interview with a company and we are here to act as a guide to you throughout your entire process. Don’t get me wrong, we can’t do it all for you, but we are more than happy to offer a helping hand to those who reach out.

Finally, once you’re hired with one of these super cool companies, we have an online e-learning platform that will give you all the BDR basics and Sales 101 training that you need before you start your first day of work. We want you to feel prepared and confident so that you can hit the ground running with your new company. And of course, we like to stay in touch with our alum and have them come back to us for networking events and other opportunities as they progress in their career.
