What was your background and motivated you to start or continue a career in sales from whatever else you were doing?
"I got into sales because I liked the idea of offering solutions to business problems and having ownership over my income. I had friends working in finance putting in long hours in salaried roles, the idea of putting in more hours and that having a direct impact on my take home was exciting for someone fresh out of college."
What’s your best advice for interviewing for the SDR Role given the competitive landscape and the current demand for higher quality talent?
"Let your personality shine through. There isn’t a single type of person that makes a good SDR."
