Bluecore needed to hire SDRs to help accelerate their sales pipeline and build a foundation for future Account Executive, Customer Success, and Account Manager roles. At the beginning of November 2020, The Board approved a plan to hire a full class of SDRs by mid-December 2020 with a focus on diversity.
Bluecore knew they needed to diversify their team but did not have a process in place to ensure more women and underrepresented candidates were entering their hiring funnel.
