TimePayment is a FinTech company enabling vendors to offer companies efficient equipment lease financing, thereby allowing vendors and their customers to grow their businesses.

CHALLENGES FINDING QUALIFIED TALENT

TimePayment recently adopted an inside sales model as part of an initiative toward innovation. Due to this change, they needed a steady source of qualified talent to fill seats on their growing inside sales team, led by seasoned Inside Sales Manager Tony Consoli. Being based outside of Boston in Burlington, MA added a significant challenge for TimePayment in sourcing talent that was able to commute to their office.

MEETING TALENT ONLINE AND OFFLINE

Tony and TimePayment first began working with LaunchSource in 2018, and TimePayment has since hired 17 BDRs through LaunchSource. They’ve used a combination of the online hiring platform and in-person hiring events to meet, interview, and hire their BDRs. 

During times of particularly high need, LaunchSource has held dedicated hiring events specifically for TimePayment. In May of 2019, TimePayment hired four people in a single afternoon from one such hiring event.
